In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with the services of Chiltern Utility Solutions, please complain as follows

I will make every effort to offer a proposed resolution within 2 working days, and to work with you to resolve your complaint to our mutual satisfaction at the earliest opportunity.

In regards a complaint relating to Retrofit Coordination, commercial or residential EPCs ,If you are still not satisfied, and we are unable to reach a resolution there is a third party resolution system run by the scheme operator Elmhurst Energy through whom my EPCs, and Retrofit work are registered. Please ask for details.
